You can't help but think of the story "Emperor's New Clothes" when you look at this picture. Apparently nobody in Marques Houston's camp was on his side when the 2004 MTV Movie Awards rolled through. I don't even think he meant it to be comical. What you are witnessing is a grown man in a clear rain suit/tuxedo.
